Negatives: When checking in, the man at the front desk was leaning back in his chair and having a personal conversation with a friend. He did not acknowledge me for at least 1 1/2 minutes and when he did, there was no smile or warmth. He went on to struggle with the checkin so another man came to help and quickly checked us in, with the first man saying to us, "It's my first day here", with a deadpan delivery. No……
