The Property
There is no better location in Le Grau du Roi. This iconic and emblematic spot marks the entrance to the Fishing Port, facing the old lighthouse and the sea. It is the ideal place to experience local life, watch the fishing boats go out and return from their catches, observe the small businesses sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. A fantastic living location just two minutes on foot from all amenities and the beach.
The property has been beautifully renovated with attention to detail. A touch of color during your vacation? You’ll enjoy a lovely living space, with a kitchen in vibrant pink tones that gives it a dynamic look you'll love! The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your breakfasts and lunches: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. The living area is bright, and the real highlight will be when you discover the stunning view of the Fishing Port from the balcony of the apartment.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with high-quality bedding and storage, all in punchy tones. The spacious bathroom features an Italian shower. The property is air-conditioned, making it ideal for a romantic stay or a getaway with friends. You’ll see life in pink!
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation. Any additional request will be charged: €25 (including tax) for a double bed (2 people) or €15 (including tax) for a single bed (1 person). Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
The apartment also has a private parking space available in June, July, and August.
