Rapport qualité prix pas au niveau

Accueil très agréable par la voisine. Le logement est en bordure de route très bruyante même de nuit (camions, tracteurs, ...), le logement n'ayant pas de double vitrage la gène est très importante. Équipement de la cuisine insuffisant, 3 bols ébréchés, couteaux très vieux, pas de grille pain, pas de poêle, les équipements en téflon sont endommagés (le téflon part à la cuisson) pas de presse purée. Salles de bain sans VMC. Une porte de chambre ne ferme pas, pas de barre anti-chute pour les fenêtres qui sont très basses, pas conforme pour des enfants. Pas de pince à linge, éclairage haut de l'escalier HS. Prises HS ou désolidarisée du mur. Literie peu confortable.

L’annonce ne montre pas les abords : maison de village avec 2 mitoyennetés

Logement fonctionnel mais jardin en contre bas avec impossibilité de rentrer les véhicules dans le jardin. Pas signalé dans l’annonce. Manque des aérations dans 2 douches et aspirateur mis à disposition inefficace.

Très accueillant

Agréable week end en famille où nous avons pu profiter du barbecue et des extérieurs. Parfait pour loger une famille. Petit bémol sur le lave vaisselle capricieux et quelques luminaires défectueux. Mais le reste des équipements est complet et la literie confortable.
