“The room was clean and quiet. I also loved the location. The only issue I had was that the stovetop did not work. I tried to send a picture, as suggested but I didn’t hear back.”

“the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. The communication was terrible. We searched the entire unit and only found a can of comet. The shared common area did not have spare toilet paper or paper towels or napkins available. BUT THE WORST……

“The location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown, 20 minutes to old town. the local area of Griffintown has lots of cafes and restaurants and the canal walk is great. The unit only had one face cloth, no hand towels and three bath towels for three travelers. When I asked for a couple extra face clothes I was told no. Lastly, the King Bed although comfy had top sheets used as bottom sheets and continuously came off the corners. This could be a great stay with some small tweaks.”

“The balcony door was broken/didn't close during our winter stay. Furniture was broken leaving inadequate seating. Several thermostats didn't work. There was a sewage smell wafting through the unit. There were no fire/CO2 alarms. The rental license expired a year and 7 months prior. The front door barely locked. The dishwasher didn't dry, despite having a drying feature.Vrbo's help feature was frustrating to use, wasted our time, and ultimately just directed us to the host who just rudely……
