Property Summary
The "Maison de l'Hubac Bleu" is a simple and comfortable villa located in Cavalière, just 8 km from Le Lavandou, France. This two-story holiday rental, built in 1985, offers a private natural state property of 1,000 square meters with a courtyard. It features an indoor angular pool (11 x 5 meters, depth 80 - 200 cm) that is available seasonally from May 15 to September 30, with maintenance provided by the owner/gardener. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking.

Outdoors
The villa enjoys a quiet and south-facing position on a slope, situated 1.5 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the beach. The property boasts a private natural state area of 1,000 square meters, complete with a courtyard and a secured indoor angular pool (11 x 5 meters, depth 80 - 200 cm) that is available seasonally from May 15 to September 30.

Groceries can be found 1 km away, and a restaurant is located 800 meters from the property. The sandy beach "Cavalière" is just 1.1 km away. The keys' handover takes place at the Interhome agency in Le Lavandou, 8 km from the villa.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across two levels and faces south, ensuring ample natural light and warmth. The spacious living/dining area features a TV with a flat screen and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. This area leads out to a terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The sleeping quarters consist of one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, another room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, both equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Additionally, there is an upper-level room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a bathroom that includes a shower and toilet. This room grants access to a balcony, offering a delightful outdoor space. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with five burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for preparing meals during your vacation.

Your vacation rental is equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your comfort and convenience. Air conditioning is available throughout, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area is available for outdoor grilling. Le Lavandou

Villa was overlooking the sea with stunning views. Unfortunately the maintenance was a problem as there was a long list of things either broken or not working. The villa was not clean, the terrace was not swept and there was rubbish left behind by others. The beds were not made up for our arrival and there were cat hairs all over the sofa.
