"The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very private and quiet. The staff were all wonderful. The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A few minutes walk along the boardwalk to Icon Mall for even more food choices. We will be back"

The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. "The Grand Palace Sanur exceeded our expectations. The staff and level of service were phenomenal. Our room was beautifully appointed with every commodity imaginable. We were even offered a showing room for our late departure from the hotel. This enabled us to freshen up before our flight home.
The only disappointment was the poor condition of the footpaths outside the hotel. Being on a busy highway made walking to the beach and shopping precincts difficult particularly in the dark . The footpaths were very unsafe with broken and damaged sections.
Overall a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to return. Repairs to the footpaths would make this a perfect accommodation choice when staying in Sanur."
