“We had a wonderful stay at this historic home in France. The house itself was spacious, full of character, and very comfortable. The owner was prompt in meeting us and incredibly friendly. Although he doesn’t speak English, communication was smooth and easy using translation apps. He even recommended a great place for dinner our first night, which was much appreciated.The next morning, he brought us a beautiful breakfast with fresh breads, jellies, and juice—a thoughtful touch that made our stay……

“Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. The Sunday market was fabulous and we had fireworks over the harbour on the Friday night. Regine was helpful with any questions we had. I can't recommend this house enough, such a……

“This place is AMAZINGThe house is located on gold beach, with a walkout onto the beach. The deck oversees the famous phoenix caissons from the D day invasions with a wonderful view of the sea. It also has some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seenThe house itself is modern, with pretty much everything you need provided. We had a 9 passenger van and were easily able to park it inside If you are looking for a house on the beach, for a Normandy trip, you cannot ask for better”
