“We were skeptical of the low-contact management of this property, but the communication ahead of time was more than sufficient and everything was just as the property manager said it would be. “Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants.
The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful.
The room is spacious enough for two people.
The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“Mountain View and ski in ski out was wonderful. Rooms were very comfy and spacious.
Loved the Igloo cold room and dry sauna. An out door and bigger hot tub would fit this hotel vibe much better.
Restaurants were quiet and food good but the wine list needed to be revised… the French wine selection was limited… always upselling because the desired wines weren’t available which was very disappointing and irritating…. Change the menu if the wines aren’t available.

“This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise.
