「I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!」

「Our three night stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Perfect place to relax indoors and on back deck. Plenty of space for large family or group of friends to spend time together. 「Amanda's place is wonderful, and was absolutely perfect for our use case. We had family members traveling to Eugene from Texas and California to see our 11-year old relative perform in a community theater production. Amanda's place was just as advertised, very clean, everything worked -- we DEEPLY appreciated the coffee that was there for us. The back patio provided a wonderful gathering place. We didn't try out the hot tub but that will be for next time. Directions for accessing the property...

「My family and I stayed in this home for 2 nights. The home was clean, but in need of repair; there several places in the home where upkeep had not been done (walls were patched but not painted, primary bedroom door jam was loose, etc.). The pictures do not indicate that there are only 2 chairs (and a bench) in the living room and no dining room table. For a home that sleeps 6, there was not adequate seating or a place to sit and eat other than the outside patio (that had not been cleaned)....

「We have stayed in a few locations in Eugene (VRBO and hotels), and we have always had a great experience. This was our first pet friendly home. This is an amazing location. Alton Baker is right outside your door. The house is clean and well equipped. We loved the backyard and during the summer it would have been an even better place to hang out. Thanks to Mackenzie who did all she could to answer questions even came out to take care of the door lock when we had managed to jam it.」

「We chose to have a short weekend trip to Eugene and brought two dogs with us. This home was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. LOVED the windowsill bench area for reading, the amount of natural sunlight that comes in was great! We tried out the hot tub, good size for about 4 adults. Logan kept in contact and replied quickly anytime we messaged. Definitely going to come back when football season starts, the house is a close drive to the stadium. Highly recommend for family or group stays!」
