Experience the charm of Lead, SD, from this inviting condominium. Relax on the deck with a morning beverage, enjoying views of the picturesque surroundings. Conveniently located near Terry Peak Ski Area and just minutes from the historic downtown Deadwood, this property offers the perfect base for exploring the Black Hills.

Our condo is located on the second floor, with access via stairs or a walking ramp for easy accessibility.

For those traveling with trailers, please be aware that trailer parking is not allowed on city streets or in city parking lots.

Each bedroom features a king-sized firm gel memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom offers direct access to the main bathroom and includes a walk-in closet , perfect for unpacking and organizing your belongings. Both bedrooms have VIZIO smart TV's for guests to enjoy while staying.

Cozy up by the electric fireplace and take in the scenic views from the private deck overlooking the charming town of Lead. The comfortable sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping space. In the kitchen, you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar and all of the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Please note that there is only one reserved, uncovered parking spot for each unit in the building. There is no trailer parking on the property. Please message me for more parking options. Prior to your stay, you'll receive a four-digit code to unlock the electronic door lock for convenient, keyless entry.

There is a coin-operated laundry on each floor of the condo. It is $1.50 each to wash and dry. A grocery store and gas station are within walking distance.

Please note that smoking is NOT allowed in the condominium or on the private attached deck.

First of all, this place was immaculate. The only complaint we had the whole time was that it was to warm. The condo below us must have been keeping us toasty. We just opened a window or door and it was perfect. . The location was great. It was a 5 minute drive to deadwood for activities. It had great recommendations and the host really thought of everything. The coffee selection was tasty. Overall, we are talking about coming here again next year!

We came for a long weekend in the Black Hills with another couple, all over 70. The location is great! The condo was set up extremely well for 2 couples. Nicely appointed, beds, linens, towels all very nice. We would stay again. The only complaint is that the chairs are very low and.hard.to get out. Would be nice to have at least 2 in the living area.

Very nice property to stay in. Great location to Deadwood and hiking the Canyon. Perfect for 2 couples as we each had our own bedroom & bathroom with shower. Everything was as advertised. It was warm weather so we kept the bedroom doors cracked open with ceiling fans running as the AC is in the main living area and that cooled down the bedrooms nicely. Coffee bar with kurig was an added bonus! As was the view off the patio. They thought of everything! Thank you!

This place was amazing! Super quiet inside and outside. It was a great location to see the surrounding area. Some roadwork made us use another route, but still worked out. Did snow two days during our stay, but then again you are in the mountains.
