This Black Hills Vacation Rental is located at Gilded Mountain with a hot tub! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This is in a great location.

The cabin was lovely and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw deer in the yard several times. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Cozy and perfect for a big family

The Little Badger lodge was clean, and welcoming with plenty of space for a big family to be entertained. One recommendation is the beds are high, and those that are vertically challenged had a hard time getting into the beds. My recommendation is to provide a stool for the higher beds so it’s easier. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Communication was also an A+ throughout our stay!

Property was very clean, easy access, décor presented a nice homey feeling, great kitchen to prepare meals, and comfortable beds. Overall great place for a retreat or family get together.

Annual Golf Trip

My two sons, brother-in-law and I enjoyed four days of golf in the Black Hills. This cabin was a great “headquarters” but now wish we’d spent even more time at the cabin! Fabulous location with great accommodations! Thanks for helping make our trip a wonderful success!

Very nice property, clean ,quiet well supplied for whatever you want to do , driveway description is accurate (very steep) for anyone that brings a trailer. You probably will not get the trailer into the driveway must be unhooked somewhere else. But overall very good experience. Great location for anywhere you want to travel to in the hills.

Great rental

Great rental. Great location. Not a far drive to tourist destinations we were there to see. There are a lot of stairs which weren’t a problem for us but might be an issue for some. Lots of space in the rental which gave adults and teenager a little privacy. Steep driveway but we managed with our minivan. Saw several deer on the property which was fantastic to see since we live in the city.

The cabin was cozy and cute. Probably not ideal for anyone who has issues with a lot of stairs. Having 4wheel drive is an understatement. Access to the cabin has a very steep driveway and once snow begins to melt it is extremely icy. Suggest having ice melt on location for guest’s. Great views and clubhouse bonus was awesome for kids!

Family Vacation

House was great for extended family to get together for a week vacation. Large gathering spaces and tables for all of us. House was really clean and neatly decorated. Great location for seeing the sights of the Black Hills. We all agreed that we would come back some day.

Little Badger Lodge Get Away

Our stay was a great experience and I have been looking to go back again. Lead is a beautiful area and close to many things. The trails weren't far and deadwood wasn't far also. The cabin was very cozy and it has everything we needed! Great cabin and highly recommend it.

Very Nice Place!!

We loved the place! Directions to the property are not accurate! We had a hard time figuring out which cabin was ours in the middle of a hail storm! We had an issue finding extra parking. We had a car, a big truck and long trailer with 3 ATVs. So if you are coming in with something other than a car or truck, it would be a great idea to find out where to park ahead of time! Other than that... the place was beautiful!!! Would highly recommend this place!
