Enjoyable Stay
Our 2-night stay was enjoyed. Appreciate reasonable price without a lot of extra fees. Good communication and options provided for parking. I loved the artwork on the walls, crystal decorations and unique remodeling of this cozy home. The bathroom was lovely after 3days of camping with plush towels and fancy fixtures. Free Netflix a plus. Would stay here again.

Had a great time going to the Badlands for the day and super fishing in beautiful Spearfish Canyon. Accommodations in Lead were very comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Miners Cabin Get Away
Enjoyed this cute miners cabin with the rustic looking kitchen cabinets and counters. Our favorite was the amazing stonework shower! We stayed several days and were very comfortable. Enjoyed nearby antique shops and a beautiful day at nearby Spearfish Canyon Scenic drive. Great hiking in the area plus nearby shopping and dining in the historic town of Lead and Deadwood. The house is on a hill and parking is tight. Owners are accommodating and are working to make parking easier. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Dale!

Spectacular
This is a very old home that has been immaculately updated. Everything was impressively clean with additional items including soap towels and linens if you need them. The driveway was a bit of a challenge but once you got the hang of it, it wasn’t that bad. It’s just what you get when you live in a mountain town. Hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. PS check out the shower!

The Perfect Place
Miner’s Getaway was the perfect spot for our quick trip. The house is unique, nicely updated, and in a great location. Close to everything, and the beautiful drives/attractions that the Black Hills have to offer. The owners are attentive and provide a seamless process from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Clean and orderly one bedroom home
Everything about this home was just as presented. Remodeled nicely and a very good fit for two people. Very clean and orderly, pleasant kitchen, very pleasant bathroom, and acceptable seating area. Dale had everything set up for us and was very easy to work with. The only negatives are the street and sidewalk are very steep, with steps ... and the neighborhood is in poor shape.

This was one of the best Vrbo houses we’ve booked. The house was very clean, full kitchen and the shower was amazing. Property is centrally located for all the parks, trails and attractions in the area. Property owner, Dale, was very quick to respond and super easy to deal with. What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean, bed and pillows are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom though - it’s a gem. The only thing wrong was not wanting to get out of the shower to go sightseeing. Extremely private and there is a gas station a quick walk away for anything needed.

Exceeded expectations.
My wife and I were both knocked out by how beautiful the cabin and the location. The listing pics just can never really capture the impressive remodel. Trust me, you have to see in person to appreciate. You have modern comforts with a rustic look. You get an oversized shower with a rainfall overhead or chose wall nozzles total side spray saturation. The town is quiet and vintage and like a storybook image. Here and there deer wander about the neighborhood. I give top rating all.

The property is a bit set back on a steep hill, which would be helpful to know with a picture. It is uniquely decorated and comfortable with a fairly well supplied kitchen. The walk-in shower is really nice! The bed is comfortable, though the nearby furnace is pretty loud so you may want to bring earplugs for a winter visit. Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and the cozy setting for a weekend getaway!
