“First time visiting South Dakota and it is beautiful. The cabin was just as published. Very spacious. All the utensils, pot and pans you could ever want. There were even a few spices that were available to use. The owner was very friendly and promptly answered questions after messaging him. The grounds were perfect, quiet, and surrounded by trees. There's a restaurant within walking distance that had very good food. The TV's were very hard to figure out so a how-to sheet would have been nice to……

“This is a beautiful house. With three floors, there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps up to the front door. We found it easier to take our stuff in through the side door on the kitchen level. We were there in fall and rode our bikes to the Mickelson Trail. Looks like it is near skiing for winter. Would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.”

“The place is beautiful. The views are outstanding. The owner was great to deal with. The apartment was very comfortable. It is a nice open floorplan. Great for a couple's getaway.”

“The property is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Very quite and clean. Layout of the house is perfect for a large group with plenty of space for privacy of each guest. The house is fully stocked with all the necessities and then some. The sauna is good sized and the hot tub was perfect! Would highly recommend this property!”

“Close to grocery store and gas . Busy street and one lane. Many steps up and down. Farther away from a lot of the tourists traps but within 30 to 50 miles. Pretty drive going and coming every day.”

“Husband and I stayed for a week. Our dog loved the private cul de sac that was in the back of the house. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Super easy to get to Lead. Could walk it but its about 1/2 mile. Hostess was very responsive to a tv issue we had. Would definitelty stay there again. We trailered our ATV and there was plenty of room to park Suburban and trailer. Nice bonus to have a garage to keep our Side by Side in. Great trip! Page and Beth”

“This property is ideal for groups of people with different levels of excitement for skiing. Right off the magic carpet makes it easy for members of your group to take a break during the ski day.”

“Brought my family for the weekend for a ski trip, stayed in this house and it was really nice, the upstairs is great for teens and younger kids, not so much for older people, just because you have to go up and down a spiral staircase to be able to get to restroom, but the kids and teens loved it. Everything was great as far as cooking utensils, towels and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The one thing I didn't like is that there was no broom, I like to be able to sweep and keep things tidy……

“Overall we had a very good stay. The host was very responsive, I think the only thing I could say is that when we got there the hot tub was a dark green color, however, there was cleaner in the house we could clean it with. Overall we had a great time, and the house was lovely!!”
