“Apartment was nice, host was very polite and responsive. Gave it a 4 because although the app to enter the gate was very cool and easy, it created an issue due to only one device being used at a time. Also, the tv in the bedroom was very difficult to use”

“Poor communication”

“Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude.”

“There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The……
