"Partial roll of toilet paper, That's all. Body wash and shampoo in shower empty. Bathroom sink leaked. Was offered an upgrade at NO CHARGE and wound up costing about $10 more. Could not get a straight answer out the clerk on duty so gave up."

"The hotel is literally falling apart everywhere. The staff are beyond unhappy and make it completely clear they do not want to be there. The doors to the rooms apparently need replacing and it is almost impossible to get into them. You have to pull the door to you and spend up to 10 minutes trying to get the card reader to turn green so you can get in, I had to get help more than once which they weren't nice about & I heard two other separate people having the same problems, they also had to get the front staff to help after struggling for a long time. Once in the room EVERY surface is covered in something VERY sticky that won't come up, the carpets are disgusting & sticky. There's thick dust on the overhead fan and most the furniture including the bathroom. Folded cardboard is shoved under the corners of most the furniture. When I went to secure the door and go to sleep I discovered that the safety latch wasn't even on the door correctly, it was crooked from being broken off before, and the door lock doesn't even line up with the door frame so you can't actually lock it. I only felt remotely safe since it's already so difficult to get in the room. The bed is lumpy and hard as a board so I got zero rest.The full breakfast was not at all as advertised. It was stale bagels & breads, concerning sausage links, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal waffle maker. I was told the pool & hot tub aren't heated. "
