“Our stay was OK,”

“Really disappointed. Reserved a suite. Checked in and let them know I had a dog. Was told dogs not allowed upstairs and had to take a room on ground level. So, on top of getting a lesser room and no refund on the difference, got charged for the dog. At 1am somebody tried to get into our room. I popped up, looked out and didn't see anybody. 10 minutes later, somebody had a key to our room, opened the door but I had the safety latch on, so they didn't make it all the way into the room. It……

“What's a decent room for the price. It was clean and staff was very friendly. We did not use any of the amenities except for breakfast. I'm not a breakfast eater but my husband enjoyed it. The coffee was good. That was all that mattered to me.”

“The host canceled our stay due to loss of heating. Unfortunately, she sent an email at midnight the night before our stay. I did not see the email and our whole family converged on the rental and were told it was unavailable. While I understand the need to cancel the reservation, I think a phone call would have been a better choice of notification. We were left trying to scramble for other accommodations for our family celebration at 4:00 pm on a Saturday.”

“We had a great stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and cute. Also, we had arrived earlier than planned and Amanda and Travis were very accommodating in letting us in early. ”

“Property is very spacious. The owner was there to greet us. We were a few minutes early to check in, but he was welcoming. Invited us to use veggies from the garden. The house had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was nice and big. The faucet at the sink was very loose, but worked fine. Great front porch! The deck in the back seemed unstable with boards that were either damaged or needed more support. The pool and deck around it were nice. There is a great fire pit area. We didn’t use……
