A relaxing weekend

This is a great, private location less than 5 minutes from Leavenworth. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

“Beary” nice cabin

The cabin was a great place to stay in Leavenworth. It was close to town but still quiet. The cabin was well maintained and comfortable. The only issue was the outdoor security light didn’t work so used a flashlight to get from the front door to the truck.

Wonderful, private mountain get-away

This mountain cabin was very comfortable, private, well equipped, and clean. Lots of little things that mean a lot - like a well-stocked kitchen with good cookware, great beds, comfy furniture. It's great for dogs. We felt at home as soon as we got there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a get away where we could take our dog and let her play in the water. This place was close to town and had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained and relaxed during the evening. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available to cook or BBQ with.

First time in Leavenworth!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time staying at the Bear Paw Cabin! It was clean, cozy and private! Only item was the ashes in the fireplace weren't cleaned out prior which made it hard to start a fire and keep it clean.

weekend getaway

nice house and location. quiet. near to town. easy access to town and to Plain, WA. great location to MTB from to other local trails. one item to note would be the cabin access lock is on the door, not the lock box located next to the door. i spent some time trying to unlock the key box and finally opened the door. then i saw the true door lock and it was simple to get in.

A hot tub maintenance company came out and had to empty and refill it, but it didn't get up to temperature in time for us to use it. Overall it was still a good time.

Great cabin!

Overall, my wife and I had a great time staying at the cabin. It is very private and quiet with only one house nearby (and down a hill so very little direct line-of-sight). The hot tub was great, the kitchen and utilities worked well, pretty much everything was as advertised. The only thing I'd say about that is the air conditioning is a window-mounted unit in the main living room. It's not central air, and thus the bedrooms do not have AC. However, they do have nice big ceiling fans and we were quite comfortable the whole time. Also, as I think the listing points out, cell phone coverage is spotty. Sometimes we had connection, sometimes we didn't. It wasn't a problem for us and there was good wifi at the property. But if you need a constant phone connection for work or something, then that's something to think about. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Pet friendly

Big property, spacious and comfortable inside house, very nice sitting on the deck and in the hot tub. Beside the house is a fenced yard where dogs can run around off leash. Short driving distance to downtown Leavenworth.

Cabin in the Woods Near Leavenworth DT

Perfect little cabin for 2 couples, great amenities, clean hot tub and projector screen for Apple TV. Remote setting but only a few minutes into town.

Perfect getaway!

I rented this property for myself, my daughter in law, my teenage granddaughter and her best friend. We had a wonderful time. The property is secluded and very private. It is so quiet and one of the most peaceful places I have every rented. There was plenty of room in the cabin and we had a blast just playing games at night, sitting outside, cooking smores and looking at the stars. I would recommend this cabin. It is close to both Leavenworth and Wenatchee. And, being in a canyon and with plenty of trees, it was nice to come back after a day in town because it was 18 degrees cooler at the cabin.

Beautiful and very comfortable stay

This cabin is amazing. Everything works and it has all of the amenities you can think of. The location is great as well. Just the right distance from downtown. There is a fenced in pet area that we used every day. Very clean. Hot tub is a plus.

Beautiful mountain cabin

Wonderful cabin with a really nice hot tub. It snowed heavily during our stay and we bought a sled we left on property for someone else to enjoy after us the kids had blast sledding and building snowmen. It was a picture perfect white Christmas! The cabin is very close to Leavenworth so we also enjoyed the lights as well as the mountains.

Labor day weekend

The cabin is simply amazing! Location and quaintness are plus. Hot tub sas so relaxing. Lots of games and books to read. Very clean. Anything you needed was available here. Easy to access upom check in. The only issue we had since we have dogs is the fenced dog area was in need of big repair. A lot of down fence line. We made do and did our best to aid the area, but would have been great to have that fenced area fully up and supported.

Very private, nice cabin to get away

This cabin has a ‘family cabin’ feel. Comfy with just about anything you might need or want. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing. Porch swing was also relaxing. I would bring your own pillow unless you like a thick, firm pillow, they have lots of those. It was nice being so close to downtown Leavenworth.

Great roomy cabin

Simple check in/check out, modern kitchen. For toddlers there are deck issues: no guardrail on front of deck (maybe 3 feet drop) and a surprise gap between hot tub and deck that's not visible at night, and my 6 year old found that with his leg, which didn't hurt him. There is a pull down movie screen and projector that is set up easy to use with the remotes.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I went for a long weekend for our anniversary. The house was a great home base as we enjoyed the Leavenworth area. It was peaceful, clean, and well stocked. Loved the hot tub and enjoyed the movie projector.
