The cabin layout was really nice, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. In addition to the pool table, etc. there were also board games and plenty of movies to keep everyone occupied.

Thus is a wonderful rental. It is about 30 mins from town, but we enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of Leavanworth.

It is nicer than a cabin. The game room was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable. One bed might have been missed during the cleaning, but everything else was nice and clean when we entered. I would definitely visit again.

WiFi is VERY iffy. Kept dropping out every 30 seconds-5 minutes. Clean place. Have to go outside to get to game room downstairs, but that is in the description. Nice outside patio. Great spread of kitchen stuff and seasonings. If you're going in the summer, bring a fan, as there is no AC or cooling. Great water presher in the shower.

We liked our overall experience. The bedding for the fold out couch was not available the first night. We didn't realize how far from town it was located- should have researched it more fully. Didn't know the game room could not be reached from inside the home. The living room, kitchen and bath were all well furnished and very comfortable. We had fun!

Amenities were lacking (especially in the kitchen), downstairs smelled very bad, wifi didn’t work until the last day with many unanswered complaints to rental company (which affected work and school), cell service is spotty. With some thoughtfulness and attention, this could be a much better spot to stay.

Nice location Not clean. Mold on windows, dust on just about everything, bedding had hair on it. Smelled of cigarettes on all furniture. Carpet not vacuumed. Decor was fun it was Christmas in April, beach vibes and cabin vibes. Shades for windows were dirty. Walls had dirty spots like something got spilled and not cleaned up. Bedroom window was broken. Ceiling fan was so dusty i could have drawn-out pictures. We will not be back. We let them know when we checked in and we were informed a ticket would be created.

This place is nice, However the reason our family chose it was for the game room. My son in law is disabled from a work accident and has been in rehabilitation for years. Since he just graduated from a wheelchair to a cane we were excited to finally go on a family trip. This house was chosen since he still cannot do the outdoor activities around Leavenworth (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc) we were very disappointed that we could NOT go Down the stairs or around the house to access the game room because the snow had not been shoveled for so long it was feet of ice snow that he could not navigate, both on the stairs and around the side. It is far from ADA compliant. We made the best of it but did not get to use the house as we plans paid for.

We have a dog that has a horrible time during the 4th with all the fireworks. We were looking for a quiet place with no fireworks and we found it at Towering Pines. Our grandkids and parents enjoyed the game room with the pool table and foos ball table! We spent a lot of time down there. It was very cool there when it was warm outside. We knew it was going to be warm in the upper 80's, so brought some fans but didn't use them because we were able to open the windows and use the ceiling fan to keep it cool enough. We also spent time with the games provided. The cabin was clean and has a lot of essential cookware and utensils available, although some cookware wasn't in the best of shape. I was surprised to see some spices that I didn't expect to have on hand. I wasn't sure about what kind of coffee machine so brought both kinds, but you will need ground coffee. There was also a hair dryer available, I brought one so didn't use it. The furniture is in very good condition and the beds were very comfortable. The family went kayaking and ziplining very close to the cabin. The little town of Plain is not far away and had a nice Farmers Market on Sat. Lots to do there but if you are planning to go into Leavenworth a lot, it does take 30 min both ways so keep that in mind. We went into town for dinner one day. We totally enjoy our time there and took one star off due to cookware and BBQ not cleaned, but otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Great location and we liked using the deck and the game room. However, when we arrived the dishwasher had blue tape stating “out of order”, the sofa bed upstairs had dirty sheets on it, we reserved for 6 adults and only 4 bath towels were stocked (they gave us more towels upon request), the game room had just been treated with a stain or something so it had a very strong odor that made it difficult to sleep in without windows open and the kids were complaining of sore throats & stuffiness from the first night of inhaling the stain smell. The refrigerator wasn’t cold upon arrival and the deck is large but almost all of the chairs plus the picnic table were broken. The kitchen sink is poorly designed and due to the dishwasher being broken we had to hand wash all the dishes. Since the sink/counter is poorly designed, water gets all over the floor and cabinet below. Also, several dishes were dirty when we went to go use them from the cupboards upon arrival. I wanted to mop up the floor with the wet jet broom provided, but all the wet jet cartridges under the bathroom sink were empty. Not the best experience and we won’t stay there again.
