“Two of us stayed on our first nite of a nine day motorcycle trip thru Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York and Maine.This was an ideal first night stay!! So near the lake and a few great restaurantsSteve the host was very communicative, we had NO glitches! I would stay there again tommorow!!”

“The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we……

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“We Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts really thought of everything! Location was great, close to town and beach. It was the two of us and my pup. There’s even a dog park close by. We loved it and will definitely return!! ”

“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“The cottage was clean and very comfortable.Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Marginal Way. Thank you Deirdre for being responsive to our calls. We recommend the Lobster Pound to eat. Be sure to get there when they open their doors to get a seat!”
