「Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

「Super easy check in. Extremely clean. Great location. Very safe area. Cool walking path just behind property. Lots of food, beverage stores, grocery stores within a mile. Wish we didnt have the ground floor but I should have asked. If it was a higher floor we would have definitely sat on the porch. Would definitely stay here again」
