“Check in was a breeze. Our host was very thoughtful - both proactive and responsive. The house is beautifully updated and appointed for a large group, with bedrooms on each floor. Having the lovely pool was a wonderful bonus! Great neighborhood, too, but you will need a car (versus relying on ride share) to get to shopping, sights, etc. Big thumbs up for the property at this writing. ”

“What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. “The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next……

“A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much. ”
