"Bed bug traps full of bugs under beds. Carpet was filthy. Staff was rude and unkind. Especially the manager who was more concerned with texting than helping guests. Breakfast was cold. Eggs tasted like fish. Terrible stay. Will never return. "

Booked 2 rooms around 11:30 PM on Expedia, when i arrived around 12:30 am, he told me that it was for the following day (which was today) and he could not change it (he says), So he said that i had to cancel the Expedia reservation and he would charge me there at the hotel. After i canceled, i got an email from Expedia that i get no refund because i canceled and the hotel gets to keep it. So i was charged twice twice. he knew what he was doing.I went back and asked him to refund one of them and he refused to do so."
