Excellent location for sight seeing, coach & train stations only a short walk away. This city centre apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, aircon, large bed, large bathroom, unique compact kitchen area,electric black-out blinds for the windows.Best of all a wonderful breakfast delivered to your room when you want it. Unbeatable for the price.

Awful

Wouldn’t stay there again if I got it for free. The images on hotels.com must have been taken decades ago. The furniture was old, looked like something from a thrift store. The room was dirty.

Most unorganized establishment ever

By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero.

A eviter malgré l emplacement

L'unique avantage est la proximité avec le cevtre historique. L appartement en lui même est insipide et mal entretenu. Le 3eme lit d appoint n est pas confortable, pourrait éventuellement convenir a un enfant de bas âge. Luminaire salle de bain cassé et réparé avec du scotch. Clé/serrure de l appartement qui deconne . Et pas de petit dej sur place , des tickets sont donnés pour prevdre une boisson et une viennoiserie dans un bar ou au mc do , un comble d aller au mc do quand on est a Lecce.

La struttura è sita in un posizione a dir poco strategica, il personale è gentile ,il letto è stato rifatto ma alcune suppellettili sono da buttare, è necessaria un imbiancata alle pareti e il rifacimento del pavimento basterebbe poco e sarebbe il non plus ultra

Terrivel. Quando chegamos para o check-in às 11:30 nao havia ninguém para nos receber. E quando conseguimos fazer o check-in, nosso quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Confirmamos um dia antes nosso horário de chegada, mas nao obtvemos retorno. Havia lâmpadas queimadas, o ar condicionado não funcionava, somente ventilação, o chuveiro não esquentou mesmo depois de 15min aberto e as toalhas e lençóisetsamvam rasgados. O café da manhã oferecido era 1 croissant e um café ou chá. Melhor se dissessem que nao havia café da manhã incluido. Pedi uma informação pelo whats e nunca recebi retorno. Um absurdo de atendimento e condições de hospedagem. A unica coisa positiva é que provavelmente era limpo, mas tão mal cuidado que olicava tudo em dúvida. Acho que o Hoteis.com deveria banir este tipo de acomodação do site.

Molto centrale ottima zona , durante il mio soggiorno non mi hanno cambiato lenzuola ed asciugamani , un giorno non sono proprio venuti , internet era inesistente , comunque la camera era grande il bagno comodo e tutto sommato qualità prezzo ci stava. Lecce è una bella città la gente in linea di massima accogliente .

El alojamiento está bien situado pero le hace falta una reforma urgente. El lavabo tenía moho y las toallas eran tan viejas que estaban raídas. Se agradecería tener agua embotellada dentro, como en otros B&B del mismo precio. La atención correcta.

Nicht zum empfehlen!

Sauberkeit unter aller würde, überall staubig und dreckig. Der Klo war am Boden dreckig und habe selbst sauber gemacht. Nach sauberen Handtüchern habe nachfragen müssen und nach Toilettenpapier auch. Die Zimmer wurde auch nur zweimal geputzt und zwar nur ein wenig den Boden, mehr nicht! Also, das Haus würde ich leider keiner empfehlen, liegt zwar sehr zentral und das war sehr schön, aber den Rest, möchte ich ganz schnell vergessen. Bin dahin gewesen, weil ich schon mal 2019 da war, aber damals ist am wenigsten sauber gewesen und habe nichts zum beanstanden gehabt.

Cuando llegué, me avisaron de que había un problema con la habitación, que habían intentado avisarme pero mi número de teléfono no tenía el prefijo internacional y me colocaron en otro B&B a quince minutos.

Al centro di Lecce

Non posso attribuire un voto alto perchè la struttura non è nuova e presenta delle carenze, ma è anche vero che il prezzo non è alto e quindi alla fine direi che siamo su un voto di piena sufficienza. Lati positivi: vicinanza dal centro, anzi in piena isola pedonale, quindi parcheggi solo nelle aree limitrofe e a pagamento. Per il resto, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione minimale (cappuccino, cornetto o pasticciotto, marmellata e fette biscottate). Per il resto arredamento datato e aria condizionata, almeno per il periodo di mezza stagione, non disponibile. Invece nota molto negativa e non lo sapevo, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati solo dopo tre pernotti, per me pura follia, ma comunque la signora della reception è stata disponibile a cambiarmi almeno i teli da doccia (una volta perchè ne aveva due disponibili). Quindi dai, se volete stare al centro di Lecce, magari senza auto al seguito e con prezzi molto bassi, allora il B&B Mammasisi fa al caso vostro! Il personale comunque è gentilissimo.

Nos cambiaron el hotel que habiamos reservado en un principio porque dijeron que estaban remodelando. Nunca nos avisaron con el debido tiempo para ver si queriamos cambiar nuestra reserva. No me parece adecuado la forma, no es serio.
