Amazing historical B&B, in the heart of Lecce historic center. Very comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom. We had a mini refrigerator with water supplied by the host, very appropriated. We loved sitting on our balcony sipping wine watching people in the evening Our host was great. He helped us park our car and gave lots of info about the town and beyond. We did not need the car during our stay in Lecce. We recommend whole heartedly!

Perfect stay & location

Very delicious Italian style breakfast with homemade pastries and such a nice room. Nicos is a really great person who gave fantastic dinner suggestions and excellent customer service. We were able to arrange a tour from Nicos assistance that is probably one of the best ones we’ve ever had Location is right in the middle of everything in the historic center!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in the heart of Lecce. The location is super central — perfect for walking to all the historic sites, shops, and restaurants. We stayed in one of the suites, and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The owner shared details of the history of the property — you could tell he genuinely loves this family home and takes pride in sharing it with guests. That personal touch made all the difference. Breakfast was also excellent — fresh, local, and beautifully prepared. A perfect way to start each day. Would definitely stay here again!

The Historical Suites VvM was a trip back to the 1800s but with modern amenities that were exceptional. The property even has a lift! It was a great location and Lecce is a truly walkable city. Nikos was a gracious host and provided us with a wonderful breakfast each morning. He also gave us great restaurant recommendations and shared a variety of things to do and see in Lecce as well as Otranto for a day trip. We highly recommended staying in this beautiful gem in the heart of Lecce.

Fabulous stay in a lovely property

Nikos was an excellent and friendly host and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We stopped in the Presidential Suite which exceeded our expectations. We had a hire car which we were able to park at the property in a safe enclosure. An excellent base to explore Lecce and the region. We only had to ask Nikos and he would provide great advice where to eat and visit during our stay. We would definitely come here again!

This is one of the best service I have seen so far in my life. Nikos who served us was so excellent in guiding us making us early breakfast doing an early check. He offered us so many amenities on request. Nikos is the one of the most kind human being that I have seen. Helping us with luggage with breakfast with car park. This is 10/10 rating! Lecce city’s best kept secret: the furniture was vintage and so beautiful. The presendential suite that we got had a beautiful balcony in the living room overlooking the most beautiful streets with arches. The whole vibe on the room was vintage and was so beauiful: the vibe was excellent.

Alojarnos en esta maravillosa casa, con todos su mobiliario y detalles antiguos ha sido como un viaje al pasado. Además del increíble ambiente, nuestra suite era muy amplia y cómoda y a pesar de que contábamos con balcones con vistas a una de las calles principales, muy silenciosa. Porque uno de sus mayores atractivos es su fantástica ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, muy cerca de la catedral. Además nos resultó muy conveniente tener aparcamiento en la misma propiedad. El desayuno, delicioso, variado y presentado con mimo. Nos costará olvidar los pasticciotos recién hechos. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Nikos, que se desvivió para facilitar nuestra estancia y visita a la magnífica ciudad de Lecce. Es un encanto y nos proporcionó toda la información posible.

This historic property is hosted by a lovely owner and is located above one of the most prominent strolling streets. During a flash rainstorm we sat on the balcony above and watched the entourage of people walking by while sipping wine. It was a perfect stay in every sense. I highly recommend and hope to return.

This property is absolutely wonderful ! The decoration is great and so is the bathroom and shower ! The location is perfect, close to the train station and in the middle of everything !
