Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Nice coffee and restaurant next store plus about 15 min walk to the old city. Paid parking from 9am-2pm and 4pm-9pm on the street. Parking also in a near by garage building. Check in was on time.

convenient to city center

The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant.

I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel.

Sistemazione molto valida

È già la seconda volta che scelgo questo b&b, perché mi sono trovata molto bene. Pulito, centrale, facilmente raggiungibile. La colazione viene offerta tramite una consumazione al Bar Raphael, vicinissimo. Tornerò di sicuro.

Excelente opción para alojarse en Lecce. El B&B es tal cual se informa en la publicación. Limpio, nuevo, cómodo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona donde el parking es de pago (1,5€ la hora de 9 a 21), pero a dos cuadras comienza la zona libre y no es nada difícil conseguir lugar para dejar el coche. El piso tiene una cocina de uso común que está súper bien equipada.

Ho segnalato rumorosa perché la camera si affaccia sopra due bar che la sera possono ospitare numerosi avventori che fanno rumore ma solo fino alle 23-23:30. Abbastanza vicino al centro, meno vicina alla stazione (25 minuti a piedi).

Die Dame die uns empfangen hat war sehr freundlich. Das Bett war komplett durchgelegen. Das Frühstück ist kein Frühstück, sondern man bekommt lediglich in einem Café ein Heißgetränk und ein Croissant. Ich sag mal so für den Preis viel zu überteuert. Es war ein Notlösung, da unser Flug kurzfristig gecancelt wurde. Hatte in einem Tophotel mit a la carte frühstück. Gerade mal 20€ mehr bezahlt.

C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer en visitant Lecce. Ce n'est toutefois pas facile d'avoir un accueil rapide pour avoir accès à la chambre. On est cependant très heureux de cet espace de repos une fois à l'intérieur. Très grande propreté des lieux et petits déjeuner chez café Raphael excellent!

Attention à la photo d’accueil trompeuse.

Dame très désagréable à l’accueil, pas de réponse à nos questions avant d’arriver, problème d’internet d’après elle… appartement sans balcon alors que sur deuxième photo, balcon à tous les étages, la photo d’accueil nous montre un bar au pied de l’immeuble alors que ce bar est privé, rien à voir avec la location, uniquement pour prendre le petit déjeuner très très basique, un café et un croissant. Je ne recommande pas cette location.
