Great hotel

This is a great hotel in every way. The breakfast, rooms, common areas , spa and pool are top quality and spacious. Rooms a bit too hot; couldn’t cool them without opening the window all night. Access to the ski hill is a 10 minute walk, but there’s a small path down between the neighbouring buildings for the end of day ski out.

Lækkert hotel med dejlig svømmingpool og wellness område med 5-6 forskellige dampbade og saunaer. Sengen var også utrolig lækker og behaglig at sove i.

Fantastic holiday at Hotel Plattenhof

Had a fantastic ski holiday at this hotel with my spouse. The accommodations, staff and food were all amazing. The rooms are spacious and relatively modern with fast Wi-Fi. Relaxing bar and lounging area on the main floor and there’s a nice indoor pool and spa. Close to the slopes for skiers and the hotel’s recommended ski rental company will pick up your equipment at the end of your trip. Lech is also a beautiful, charming town for those who want something less developed than St Anton. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Unserer Meinung nach, kann man in diesem Hotel einen wirklich tollen, erholsamen Urlaub genießen.

Insgesamt gut.

Das Hotel ist selbstverständlich gut, aber ist schon ziemlich alt und der Stil ist entsprechend. Aber wer das mag ist natürlich gut aufgehoben. Wirklich negativ finde ich die Aussage auf der Webseite des Hotels über die Nähe zum Skilift. Es ist zwar nah aber gibt keinen Weg. Man muss über einen Steilen Hang nach oben über den Parkplatz eines anderen Hotels gehen. Das ist sehr anstrengend und wurde auch nicht vom Personal empfohlen. Man muss also den Bus ins Zentrum nehmen. Das Abendessen ist gut aber nicht hervorragend.

Ein Hotel mit Verbesseungsmöglichkeiten

Die Begrüßung im Hotel war freundlich, den Rest der Woche sehr gespielte Freundlichkeit. Das meiste Personal im Service verstand schlecht deutsch u. vergaß gern Bestellungen. Der Service in der Bar war für uns absolut ungenügend. Bei der Zuteilung der Tische zum Frühstück u.Abendessen scheint eine Zweiklassengesellschaft zu herrschen. Stammgäste schöner Raum, der Rest im " gefangenen Raum" ohne Tageslicht. Das Frühstück ist langweilig ohne große Obstauswahl ( gibt doch mehr als Melone u. Kiwi auf dem Markt) u. generell täglich das gleiche, Spiegelei oder so wurde uns nie angeboten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Landhaus, welches nur einen Katzensprung vom Haupthaus entfernt ist u. relativ neu wirkt. Zimmer: Klein aber in Ordnung, neuwertig, Bad (neu) geht aber gar nicht, außer WC ist das komplette Bad bodentief verglast was keinerlei Intimsphäre gibt, im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten für Handtücher, Balkon ohne jegliche Sitzgelegenheit um mal die Sonne darauf zu genießen, keinerlei Möglichkeit mal ein Kleidungsstück auf dem Balkon zu lüften/ aufzuhängen, nicht mal ein Glas im Zimmer! Sauberkeit aber sehr gut! Leider wohnte unter uns anscheinend Personal u. rauchte sehr gern auf dem Balkon was dann leider in unser Zimmer zog ( bei der Abreise sagte man uns an der Rezeption, da hätten wir eben eher was sagen müssen), enttäuschend war auch der Massagebereich in Lage/Ort/Größe, nur Mo/Mi/Fr u. So möglich u. daher natürlich alle Termin voll! Für den Zimmerpreis sehr verbesserungsfähig!

Over the top luxury in Lech!

This hotel is absolutely outstanding in every respect. We stayed here to ski Lech just after the New Years holiday, and the service was simply superb. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the afternoon cake buffet to the evening champagne toasts followed by sumptuous dinners, you will never be hungry here. The staff was very courteous, although we can't speak deutsch, and the surroundings from the reception to the lobby to the swimming pool and spa and the room were comfortable if not lavish. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I cannot wait to return to the Hotel Plattenhof!

Sehr gutes Hotel direkt an der Piste . .

. . . mit einer ausgezeichneten Verpflegung und gutem Ambiente. Leider war der zwar kurze Weg vom Nebenhaus zum Hauptgebäude nicht überdacht, was den Besuch des Schwimmbades oder des Wellnes-Bereiches bei Minustemperaturen ungemütlich machte . . Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich komme wieder.

O.k. mit "Lech-Zuschlag"

War grundsätzlich o.k., EG insgesamt etwas unaufgeräumt und wenig heimelig, kleiner Pool, kleiner Wellness-Bereich, Zimemr o.k, aber auch nichts besonderes. Eher unterer Bereich der Bandbreite in Kategorie 4*S. Nichts wirklich schlimm, hatten aber diesen Winter schon zwei andere Aufenthalte im oberen Bereich von 4*S.
