「Excellent suite in a central location. Hotel staff wonderful and helpful. Loved the room and location. Only hitch was confusion over cleaning that left room untouched during our stay. In short, however, a first rate property and terrific choice for a stay in Augsburg! 」

「Quarto com um tamanho excelente. Muito espaço. Banheiro reformado e ótimo. Cama confortável, muito limpo, silencioso e tem tudo que é necessário. Único ponto negativo é o calçamento da rua para quem está viajando com malas e é necessário descer/subir uma pequena ladeira. 」

「Fabulous hotel in the heart of Augsburg right by the beautifully impressive cathedral. Hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Room was of a good size with a very nice separate bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of this hotel and it was very very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your planning on visiting Augsburg ( there’s even a complimentary mini bar for n your room), fantastic value for money. 」

「Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt und von dort ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. 」

「距離mall超近，多走幾步就可進入老城區，飯店乾淨寬敞，並附有早餐，聖誕節停車一晚€12, 員工熱情接待，並在離開問了我們很重要的問題：是否有個愉快的一晚，推薦大家。 The location near the shopping mall, and you can walk more steps to old town. The hotel has parking space (€12 per night). The room was clean, and staffs were friendly, they asking us the most important question when we checkout : do we enjoy the hotel experience ? Yes, we were!」

「Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, super Service! Saubere Zimmer, neue sanitäre Anlagen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist leider veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. 」
