「not really dirty 」

「Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.」

「We spent one night here prior to our yacht rental began and wished we hadn’t. The room was very basic and frankly nasty. Sugar ants everywhere, crappy towels, restaurant on the dock overpriced and very average as far as the food. At $355 per night we expected better. 」

「The hotel is modern, spacious and very elegant. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, new furnishings, a fully stocked kitchenette and a lovely balcony with seating. The service team was extremely friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.」

「The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. 」

「Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). 「Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. It's a small island with everything; beach, spa, water sports, boutique, bar with DJ, restaurant, marina, plus a water taxi that takes you to all the other restaurants near by. 「Great ocean view rooms with incredible decks on the water. Food was top notch for all meals and the beach is gorgeous with first class cabanas. Some negatives: the pool, gym and pickleball / tennis courts are across a small road. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Lots of mosquitos poolside so be careful. But the biggest negative is that the ocean is not swim-able due to huge rocks in the water. I saw zero people in the ocean over my 3 day stay. Zero! Maybe with some water shoes it could be done...
