“We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach. The gatehouse personnel at the property were very friendly and got to recognizing me, my wife, and mom as we came and……

“It was wonderful to be a short walk to the beach- the place was fresh and immaculate, and we had a terrific time! ”

“The place was nice and clean and the location was great. My only complaint is that the neighbors made a lot of noise and were very audible through the bedroom walls.”

“This little cottage was so cute. It was perfect for us. Very clean, the sheets, blankets and towels looked clean and white. We would def stay here again. Just a warning to other guest... i walked out barefoot on the steps with wet bathing suit and steps were slippery and fell very very hard. Im very lucky i didnt break some ribs and my elbow because of how i landed. No fault of anyones. But be sure to wear shoes and hold on to railing. I was very lucky. That could of ruined my vacation and……

“We loved the cottage, the location, and close proximity to a boat launch. The cottage was very well appointed and fully stocked with everything we could ask for during our stay. Tammy was extremely responsive to any questions we had and checking in and out was seamless. Would not hesitate at all to stay again and hope to do so. It is very conducive to a beautiful island getaway!”

“These are all 2 star ratings because I did not stay at this property. Owner did not send check-in details in the AM which I also called and left a message to please provide. At Check-in time I could not contact him and neither could VRBO. I Was sent a message after VRBO tried to contact him that their was an air conditioning problem and that he had another property I could stay in for a week while he got it fixed. The unit had a portable AC Unit at that time. I had to find another property for……
