“Parking and staff”

“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were actually comfortable and my disabled husband was able to sleep the entire night without any discomfort. However, the only issues we experienced was the sofa bed cushions were disgusting. There were spots that looked like blood stains. We were offered another room but that sofa bed also had stains. The staff did an excellent job to assure we were satisfied and provided a cot and sofa……

“Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter. ”

“The property was beautiful and very well decorated. The only issue was the beds. They were not comfortable at all. Barely got 3 hours of sleep because of it. ”

“This cabin and the grounds around it are beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (except for the rainy weather - boo). Had a great time visiting with family and friends. We had everything that we needed. We will be back, I am sure.”

“The stay was a last minute decision. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We had to purchase towels but was reimbursed by the owner. The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality.”

“We stayed for 1 night and was looking forward to the stay. We were given a room on the side of the building which wasn't the best of views. If you book, I recommend asking for a room with a view of the pool if stuff like that matters to you. The front desk staff was very sweet as we checked in very late and she was helpful.”
