“The hotel was really nice & maintained. Some of the staff were very helpful and we appreciated that. We were at the hotel for four days. Each day, we wanted to visit sightseeing spots in and around the city, so we were up and out each morning. We were under the impression that the housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily, unless we requested otherwise. Nevertheless, our room didn't get cleaned until the 3rd day. We mentioned it to the front desk clerk but she stated housekeeping was gone for the day……

“The staff and property were great. The matress was uncomfortable and the sheet wouldn't stay on. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast bar wasn't much better.”

“Our state was only overnight. But we enjoyed the facilities.”

“The room was very clean. My sister and I was there for the weekend. The room was not serviced, but that was OK. We didn't need it! Johnnie took very good care of us. It was convenient to walk to some of the local stores and restaurants.”

“The staff was friendly and polite upon arrival. Parking was easy. And the location of the hotel served our needs perfectly. Our room, however, was acceptable. They should invest in a good detailed cleaning. Our rating would be higher if not for this aspect. That detail took a possibly stupendous experience down to acceptable.”

“This may have been the stinkiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It reeked of animal urine, the shower curtain was stained half way up with old soap scum, it was black mold where the shampoo bottle was supposed to sit. The bed skirt was soooo dirty and dusty you could draw the name in the dust. I ended up going to target to buy cleaning supplies and a candle to help the smell. This was the only room available to accommodate my family. I could not wait to check out this hotel. Very disappointed in……

“Clean room and great staff Cons: pool was closed”

“The room I had didn’t have a number plate just a hand written paper. No fire alarm in the room so if there was a fire you would’ve been notified. The bathroom door knob was hanging off and didn’t have the piece so you could properly close and lock the door. The shower head was very corroded so a 7-10 minute shower took you 30-45 minutes to accomplish. Basically the room appeared to be under renovations but they put me and my family in it. We had a scary movie hotel experience without the gore.”

“There was clearly some plumbing issues. Water was leaking in different places in tge hotel. There were trash cans catching dripping water. There was a tall trash can filled more than half full on the first floor. There was a water puddle in my room the first night. My sister wiped it up and we dismissed it. Sunday morning, my aunt's room on the first floor had a flood in her bathroom. The hotel needs some renovations terribly. The water pressure in my bathroom was awful. None of the ice makers……

“This hotel has changed management and is still a good deal, but they have done away with breakfast and just have coffee and juice along with protein bars and cupcakes. The waffle machine was broken while I was there so there really isn't any breakfast.”

“Do NOT book this Hotel. This hotel is now a MOTEL 6 and they will NOT honor the booking and will leave you stranded with no place to stay. The place is pretty dirty and very run down. There was trash everywhere, furniture all over the 3nd floor balcony and people partying in the parking lot. No one is manning the office. They have a paper with a phone number to call. The manager was nice but the new owner refused to honor the booking that had been completely paid in full ahead of time. Don't……

“Outside area unkempt. Gum deposits around entrance. Asked for maid service by hanging the room placard but got none. All the phones to the main desk were not able to be used. Had to physically go to the front desk for service. Asked for two extra pillows but only got one. Second one never came. Repaired holes in the walls of my room but no paint over to match the walls. Advertised a hot tub but it had been cemented over. Sauna was unclean just by looking at it. Front desk personnel were friendly……

“Beautiful property and renovations are excellent! I dying like that the bed is that close to door but other than that it is a beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent!!”

“The staff was very nice and helpfull. The location was convient. The room had an oder and has not been updated in a very very long time. The bedding has burn holes in the blankets and sheets from smokers. The hotel is close to shopping and restraunts. Its an ok place to stay.”

“Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay”
