“We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was……

“Clean, reasonably priced, convenient”

“Convenient but the service has to be improved.”

“Room was clean, plenty of parking. Biggest down side is that the walls are quite thin; I could hear the person next to me snoring as if they were in the same room.”

“The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize……

“very good ”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay.”

“The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff is very warm, is willing to provide all kinds of help, breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive. Cost performance is good, the next check in”

“Very nice staff!”

“The property was clean, which is my priority. The staff/?owner was lovely. However, even though shevsaidv, "call for anything" she never returned my call. (There was no bath mat or anything to put on the floor when getting out of the shower). Would we stay ther again?, maybe.”

“雖然沒有熱,早餐，但有banana cake, muffins 和不同類型的水果 態度友善 價錢合理 步行15-20分鐘便可到大學參加畢業禮”
