「Mold, mildew, A/C drippings, black, running down the wall. Main lounge building inaccessible. We left without even putting our suitcases down.
When we called we were told "no refunds" even though we had booked for 5 nights.
The web advertised it as a "suite"!! It was tiny, with old bed. Expedia should step in and require refund for the nights unused.
Thank you」
