This is under new management. It was previously a Sleep Inn and is being renovated. I liked the pet friendly room on the first floor. The room key would not unlock the gym door. The fire alarm went off both Saturday and Sunday. The glass shower door has gap around it that leaked water on to the floor

Rooms are ok. I know they are going through renovations but they need to keep up. The floors were sticky the towels need to be replaced. They were all small old and felt like they should have been thrown away a long time ago. The mattress was ok. I was taking advil every night since the first night. I probably wouldn’t not stay in one of these again. Lesson learned, read ratings on the site don’t trust what is listed on Expedia.

Coffee pot in the room would not keep the coffee packets in place and would fall out while purculating. The breakfast coffee machine and juice machine were not properly supplied with water only or diluted. The room we were in had dust balls on the ceiling, around room in corners and other places. The floor was dirty and next mopped.

People in the hallway raisimg hell, drunk , loud ,cursing, banking on doors including our own. Called front desk. Someone finally came up and it quieted down for a while and resumed. Hard to sleep. The facility was run down. When we arrived, there were men working on the second floor, just down from and across from our room, with loud noises past 8:30PM. Every time someone around us left the room, they had to slam the doors to make them close. The card key reader was finicky. The hallway floor was in desperate need of vacuuming & cleaning. Inside the room, we were met by a wonky odor. My husband said it smelled like sprayed something to to cover the scent of weed. The pocket door separating the tiny bathroom from the rest of the room was loud and squeaky, much like the shower stall faucet. The ironing board was broken. I had to lay it the whole thing on the bed to iron my shirt. The button on the back of the toilet is broken in two; we had to be sure to press both down. The sink had no stopper—just a gaping hole. The perimeter of the room and bathroom needed to be scrubbed with a small brush—I imagine the mop just pushes everything to the edges. Years of neglect. One picture was missing from the wall behind the bed—just screws were still there. Our TV would not connect to Direct TV. We both followed the instructions on the screen but couldn’t change the channel. It’s a good thing we also like to read. They really should close the floor down, make repairs and then open the floor up for rentals. Working on the floor while patrons are there really doesn’t work. On a positive note, the lady who checked me in was friendly.

Roaches and mold in the room. Desk worker claimed breakfast started at 6 AM, which worked out perfect as my son and I would need to be leaving for the entire purpose of our stay at 6:30 AM. Desk worker did not start to put out breakfast until 6:15 and finish until sometime after we had to leave. Would absolutely not Reccomend if you have any other option available.
