“I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.”

“The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there was a smoking room above us and it was coming through the vents. It stunk up our entire room.”

“The staff and property were excellent and appeared to be new. The price was a little high for the floors not being fully cleaned. There was obvious dirt and dust throughout the room floor, especially in the corners”

“They have only cold breakfast on weekdays but hot breakfast on the weekend.Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Property could use some updates but for price it was an excellent stay! We visited cathedral caverns, unclaimed luggage and Bama Bucks from there - all in all excellent weekend and great stay.”

“I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service……

“The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

“Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.”
