“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos.……

“My son was having a procedure at UPMC Children's and we needed to stay in town for at least 8 days. The proximity to the hospital is perfect (5-6 min). We spent the majority of our time in the apt as he was recovering. It was quiet (aside from street noise occasionally - loud cars, but nothing unexpected or prolonged). The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer came in very handy and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location, parking was perfect in the lot right next to the unit. Only complaint was the electronic door lock was a little tricky to operate at times. I would suggest an internal lock, such as a chain or extra deadbolt, just for more security. Overall, we had a great stay and my husband can’t stop raving about the shower head. “Very clean throughout. Nice setup that allows privacy within the same property. Our 14yo took over the lower floor , which has its own bathroom and kitchenette. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom and kitchen. This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues. Never an issue with parking - there were always multiple spots available on the street right in front of the property. One……
