「My niece stayed at Joia in March 2026 and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with wash clothes to wipe our hands and was then given a yummy drink that had ginger in it. The lobby was beautiful. Kayla was warm and inviting when she checked us in. She told us, we were upgraded to a swim up room due to my Expedia status. The bellman was so nice that escorted us to our room. 「Room was beautiful.We requested first floor due to a member in our party having mobility issues. Resort delivered.Our room was close to everything.Pool was immaculate.Beach clean and staff wonderful.Only thing we wished for was that the check in staff was more cheerful..SMILE! 」
