Warm, Heartfelt Hospitality
Pros: Lovely new property owned by an endearing family. Fresh towels offered daily. Very clean apartment. Clean, well-maintained grounds. Owners on site and graciously willing to assist as needed 24 hours. The view from the beautiful terrace is breathtaking!
Cons: Truly minor in comparison to the PROS to be clear. We will 100% book this property again and highly recommend the hosts. Just so that other visitors can plan accordingly, no kitchen towels were provided, neither cloth nor paper. No instructions provided such as use of appliances, where to dispose of trash when bins are full, how to manage the difficult lock on the main entrance door, etc., although owners did reply promptly when messaged with questions. Narrow staircase to two upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs shower is only handheld. Luggage had to be carried up and down steps to and from the entrance of apartments but the owners very happily helped with it all. I can’t stress enough that the owners’ hospitality far outweighed these cons but it’s smoother to be prepared than not.
