“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. We also tried out the onsite steakhouse (T-bones), great food and drinks. One of the best things about our stay was the view from our balcony. We had an upper floor facing the lake. “Quiet and clean property. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Only negative was the pool was almost to cold to swim.”

“We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. Our problem was never handled . We were never given anything in return or any points for all our play. Our cards still don’t……

“New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and……

“Toilet didn’t work properly finally fixed it one hour prior to checkout . Also no refund was given and breakfast lady was quite rude and the place was very busy”

“Entryway was awesome, staff polite and helpful, Room was clean and spacious, key card worked perfectly every time. Casino was great. Parking very well shaded and even inside parking available. Pool was closed for maintenance but exercise room was open. It was slightly a cooler temperature in the room then I would have wanted. Thermostat was not something you could change. But otherwise we will come back again soon!”
