"Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We brought our dog and they gave him treats and pets when we first walked through the door. Lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast was really good. Overall the staff was great!"

"Everything was very clean when we arrived, the housekeepers passed us at the door in fact, which also helped us get into the house faster. Susan was very responsive to our questions as well. The house was comfortable and a second home for us while our home was undergoing construction. We were so lucky that we were able to find something so quickly. Only recommendation— The living room needs another form of lighting, like a lamp. The overhead light was far too bright to watch TV and was the only light in the room so we brought the desk lamp in. Totally a nonissue obviously. Thank you, Susan! "

"I expected a standard stay, but the "aroma" of this hotel had other plans. From the elevator to my pillow, the scent of marijuana was inescapable. It felt less like a hospitality chain and more like a botanical dispensary with beds. While the staff was friendly, the ventilation system clearly gave up years ago. If you’re looking for a professional environment, keep driving; if you want a contact high with your continental breakfast, you’ve arrived."

"I don’t think excellent is a strong enough word to describe what I experienced. I stayed here before so now the staff knows me. What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah blah hotels but I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. 100 percent of the time when you check into a hotel the staff feels either robotic or gives you a sense that they are better than you and your bothering them! When you arrive at this hotel, you feel like they are really naturally happy to see you and want to get to know you without being intrusive. I have never experienced anything like this before, this should be a model that other hotels should follow. The staff here approach their jobs differently from the other hotels, it’s not a job for them. It’s about making you feel welcome and comfortable, so strange right lol… if you want to know what true hospitality feels like book here. "

"The home was clean and roomy and as described with easy parking right outside. The host provided a keurig, coffee pods, and creamer, as well as mugs, plates, silverware, and toilet paper. There was a gas station with a shop right next door where we purchased bottled water, and snacks for the kids. Thanks for a great stay! "
