“We had a wonderful stay. Great location and a quick drive over the bridge to Anna Maria Island. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We really enjoyed our balcony marina view and spotted manatees! The pool was a good size and not too crowded with attentive pool side service. Our check-in staff was friendly, and had great energy and very welcoming. That really helped set the positive tone for our stay. However, the staff at check-out was not as friendly, distracted……

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We loved our stay at Zota! The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. The food was excellent, much better than we expected, and the service throughout our stay was warm and friendly. A small issue came up with our final bill, but the hotel handled it professionally, and we really appreciated their prompt help.”
