Perfect Home for Peace & Serenity
This property is an incredible holiday rental. Nine of us stayed for a work retreat at this home comfortably that had up-to-date amenities which were all functional. The properties foliage, pool and landscaping were immaculate and beautiful. There is even a functional tree house which is a nice touch. All of the bedrooms and toilets are spacious and there is attention to detail for things that you may need during your stay such as cookware, grill and even bikes for rental. Eric is an excellent and hospitable host. He checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything needed to be comfortable. When we had random questions even at odd times, he was always responsive and kind. Without question, I would highly recommend this home for holiday or a family getaway.

Villa is very well maintained and clean. Nice big kitchen connected with outside dining area and pool, what we really enjoyed. Big garden and great pool. We were very satisfied with everithing.

Simply perfect!
Just returned from a two-week family and friends getaway in this sublime house! Where to start! Villa Océane is wonderful - so much space and light. The pool was a highlight, and we spent most of our time around it or eating on the terrace. Marianne and Eric are justifiably proud of their house, and met us with both warmth and a guided tour. It is within a ridiculously easy drive to the airport (perfect for the rota of friends who visited) , Bordeaux and the whole of the Cap. Dinner at Chez Hortense and lunch at Cabane 171 were other highlights, as were the Bastille Day fireworks on the beach at Cap Ferret. There were a multitude of water-based activities for the teens, a wine-tasting visit and day in Bordeaux for all, and general market-visiting (the Cap Ferret market is the best) and exploring (do not miss the oyster villages of L'Herbe and Le Canon). Fantastique!

Cap Ferret vacation
My extended family and I spent a wonderful 10 days at Villa Oceane, visiting from the US. The house, pool and location were the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the Cap Ferret area. The house exceeded our expectations. Eric & Marianne were gracious hosts and very communicative. We highly recommend this property - perfect for family gatherings and for children.

Great villa in a wonderful location
We stayed at Lege Cap Ferret from 9th to the 16th of September, hiring a car at the airport. On arrival the villa was fantastic, even better in real life than in the photo’s. This property is perfect for a large family group with secure large gardens, pool and sun decking. The villa having a well appointed kitchen, family area and rooms, all modern and spacious. The local area was wonderful and tranquil having beautiful beaches (surf or family) There is a fantastic network of local cycle trails with the whole of Cap Ferret and the Arcachon basin to explore. The local restaurants were excellent with the opportunity to try some delicious fresh local seafood not to mention the wine!! There seemed to be a very chilled vibe with all locals being extremely friendly. We hired bikes from “Olivier” at “Aux Couleurs du Ferret Camping” reasonable rates with good bikes, 5 minutes walk from the villa. Throughout our experience we had excellent communication from “Eric” who was very helpful and attentive. This was our first visit to Lege Cap Ferret and will definitely return as it is a wonderful area with much here to explore. Highly Recommended.

Tolle Villa
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Ocean sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Viele Spielsachen für die Kinder, Pool, Billardtisch, Tischtennistisch und eine super Outdoorküche, Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Eric ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber der sehr um seine Gäste bemüht ist. Danke für alles!

Un week-end au top. La maison est spacieuse très bien équipé pour les loisirs : bar, plancha, piscine, terrain de pétanque…. Bref les extérieurs superbes ! Nous avons passé le week-end dehors ! Une maison de vie pour un superbe week end en famille
Un très beau week end prolongé en famille, tout est pensé pour passer de beaux moments. Aucun souci avec le voisinage malgré une petite fête que nous nous sommes octroyés le vendredi soir (baie vitrée fermée). Simple conseil de locataire : prévoyez des sandales pour la terrasse en bois afin d'éviter les échardes.
