Belle villa avec piscine entourée de pins et de palmiers !! Aux portes de la presquîle du CAP FERRET, et proche des pistes cyclables. Très beau séjour, et magnifique région. Hôtes très sympas et très réactifs. Je recommande.

Un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille !

C'est une belle maison, bien équipée : piscine chauffée, table de ping-pong, vélos, barbecue, jeux, etc. Il y a tout pour oublier les écrans ! Les plages de l'océan sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Côté bassin, c'est un peu plus compliqué compte tenu de l'unique route du cap surchargée à partir de 9h. Il faut compter 30 minutes pour y accéder. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et disponibles.

Das Haus mit Umschwung ist sehr gut geeignet für eine grössere Familie mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist insbesondere in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer grosszügig wie auch das Angebot an Kinderspielsachen. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Velos - inkl. Kindersitz - gelangt man innert einer halben Stunde ans Meer mit Sandstrand. Der Garten überzeugt mit geheiztem, gedecktem Swimmingpool und Grill.

Très bon emplacement dans une maison contemporaine pour un excellent séjour familial

La villa est très bien située, dans un petit lotissement calme, proche des pistes cyclables et des plages. La maison est très agréable à vivre et rien de manque pour un séjour de vacances. La bonne dimension de la piscine sécurisée est un plus. Les différents vélos mis à disposition ont été bien appréciés.

Fantastic villa

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and found this villa perfect for us. It was extremely clean, and our children enjoyed the heated swimming pool . The owners were always on hand if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

La maison est superbe, bien aménagée et bien équipée. La piscine chauffée est très appréciable en cas de mauvais temps. Proche du centre du village et de ses qqs commerces. Hôte très sympathique et très disponible. A recommander!

très belle maison de vacances

La région est superbe. Le bien est situé à proximité immédiate d'une belle plage (5 min en voiture) et au début de la route encombrée pour atteindre le cap ferret. c'est donc une localisation idéale, car permettant d'éviter les bouchons pour s'extraire du cap ferret par exemple. Quelques vélos sont disponibles sur demande au propriétaire. Finalement cette location présente toutes les options, ping-pong, vélos, piscine chauffée, tv, wifi, cuisine équipée, barbecue, salon de jardin ... Tout est neuf, de qualité et de grande marque. La maison est bien agencée, avec 3 salles d'eau ou de bail. L'orientation de la maison est parfaite, ensoleillement garanti. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et disponibles.

Une villa magnifique au milieu de pins

Nous avons eu le grand plaisir d'être les premiers hôtes de cette villa flambant neuve, aux finitions et prestations haut de gamme. La grande pièce à vivre avec sa superbe cuisine et son bar permettant aux parents et aux enfants une cohabitation harmonieuse. La maison est idéale pour le farniente avec la piscine et les pistes cyclables à proximité, et en même temps tout proche de des plages de l'océan d'un coté ou de la baie protégée et ses divers endroits pour déguster des huitres. En saison ou hors saison ce sont des vacances aux possibilités multiples pour toute la famille, ou entre amis.
