“Great hotel! Can get a little packed in the pool when they allow private parties, which is often. But still would highly recommended. Very nice staff and facilities. Super comfy rooms and beds!”

“We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a……

“Have little smell ”

“Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”

“The breakfast menu was limited but nice. The cooked food was warm and presented nicely. The utensils could be better for disposable items but everything was fresh and the dining area was very clean.”

“Not many varieties for breakfast. Pillows had a stale smell. Could have used a Lysol spray to them. I bring one along so I did use Otherwise clean and well maintained hotel. Staff very pleasant ”

“Breakfast was spectacular. Elevator takes forever and is small; so plan on waiting or use stairs. Pet friendly. Pool was packed and the other guests were extremely rude, throwing items at my daughter causing severe welts and bruises. While this is not the hotels fault; there should be a max capacity for pool guests as it was so busy it was unenjoyable. Luggage carts are in the shape of a triangle and not sturdy, your luggage will fall right off. ”

“Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me.……

“This is our go to place to stay when we are in Stoughton. The rooms are quiet and in excellent condition. The staff is always engaged, courteous and helpful. We also like the variety of hot and cold Breakfast options that are offered every time we stay.”
