「The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor. Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

「Great location, next to a mercado with Asado (BBQ) dining options and shops. Walkable to supermarket, pedestrian mall and Ferry terminal and old town, tourist information centre Reception desk good English and helpful. Good quality breakfast, service took a bit too long.」

「The staff was ok but the room and tv poor」

「Muito bem localizada, equipe acolhedora, quarto simples e limpo. Café da manha é pago a parte, simples e gostoso.」

「I experienced two troubling incidents that left me seriously questioning this hotel’s professionalism. First, while I was showering, housekeeping insisted on entering my room despite my repeatedly telling them to return later. They entered anyway and remained for several minutes, completely disregarding my objections. I have no idea what they were doing, but entering and remaining in an occupied room against a guest’s explicit wishes is an unacceptable invasion of privacy. The second incident...

「Veldig bra beliggenhet på hotellet. Samt hyggelig personal. Anbefales」

「Create location, health lobby as well, renovated lobby as well renovated rooms are dated and kind of old betting is pretty cheap fine for a value oriented customer but I don’t know. It’s just a little on that rough side for me. staff were very helpful service level from staff with excellent overall.」

「I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...
