不滿：住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service.
Additional items to note:
(1) the road to the property is dirt road full of rocks
(2) the room doesn’t have heating and the temperature drop is significant at night
(3) hot water availability is timed from 7am to 10 am and then later in the evening till 10pm - not sure of other properties in the area have this same schedule for hot water
Except for the rude unaccommodating manager the stay and the visit was nice.
I WOULD NOT recommend this property. It’s hyped and marketed well on the internet. The ground reality is very different.
