This place was pretty good, the rooms are getting a little bit dated but the location is convenient. It’s not your typical Springhill suites but it was still a good stay. The breakfast is subpar and needs some more options.

Best hotel for family
We love staying here! My kids love all of the museums and this time we did Luminaria. The hotel staff is always kind and our room is always comfortable. Thank you for helping us make family memories!

Don’t book
No hot tub. Website and this listing say hot tub but no spa was out of order. Apparently for months. So the listing should have been updated. That’s a big reason we booked. So that’s not ok to do that and not upgrade your listing or website. Our TV did not work and at. Tried to deal with it but night with kids and not having a tv is a big hassle. Too late to even ask to change rooms. Breakfast was ok but not that good. There are ton of better options to stay within 2-3 min. There are better stays even 10 min north or south.

The property was in a great location. The room was not what was expected and much smaller than I thought. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was fairly clean, but noticeably used.

Location is perfect for my trip. However when we got into our room we noticed a few odd things, like no hand soap, only three pillows per bed, found a dirty sock, I feel like when they “cleaned” all they did was haul the trash out and make the beds. Just kinda made me feel like my room wasn’t all that clean. 12/28/20203

We got there and found that there was no hot water and wouldn’t be for several days. The clerk found us a room ( the last one available) at a sister property and didn’t charge us for our room at Springhill Suites. That was terrific customer service while she was fielding calls and complaints from other customers. We are grateful after an 8 hr day on the road.

It was clean and convenient but that’s about all the good I can think of. Hot tub didn’t work. Bed was hard as a rock. It was really noisy with cars going by. It was really bright which made it hard to sleep. The remote for the tv didn’t even work.

The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was always nice and greeted guests. The continental breakfast had a nice assortment t of options. The only negative I can share is that the Internet kept going out.

Beds were very comfortable. Room clean and spacious for handicapped. Best part was that we had to change our reservation for a day later and they were very accommodating. Short walk to Thanksgiving point.

I always like staying at this property when coming to events at Thanksgiving Point. It is clean and convenient. This stay the air conditioning was a little loud and the lights from the parking lot were lighting up my room all night but I’ll ask for the other side of the hotel next time. They breakfast is a plus too.

Great breakfast, good location, and very clean. Staff is very kind and friendly. Property is OLD and a little worn out, as far as the walls, furniture, fixtures, carpet, etc. Loved the extra trundle bed for our kiddos though and room was clean!

Good staff, the rest was just okay at best.
Music was blasting through our window all night the first night. We asked what might be causing it or if there was a 24 hour event and the staff let us know the pool plays music and they would shut it off so we could sleep. Much better the next two nights. We asked for a room with a tub, we got that bit the showerhead attachment was in poor condition. The room was tidy but we found a bug on the covers the second day. For the price I expected better but I was very pleased with the staff.

When we checked in, front desk staff was very nice and quick to check us in. They asked if we'd like to have the room serviced and I said yes, please make the beds. The room was serviced and towels were replaced and trash emptied, but the beds were not made, which I thought was odd.
