Staff was great, room was nice. The only negative (which I didn’t expect at a Hyatt) was the “micropillows”. The pillows are so small and it was so incredibly uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well. I usually sleep like a baby so that was super disappointing. Tv was a good size, towels were nice, ...
