"Onpersoonlijk. WiFi deed het eerst niet. Vier keer communicatie hierover, waarvan drie in het Engels, wat niet prettig was. Daarna deed de WiFi het. Appartement oogt kaal. Zeer grote woonkamer. Veel te kleine tweede slaapkamer. We waren met twee volwassen stellen... Voor één paar veel minder comfort! Heel groot terras. Wicker buitenmeubilair was soms erg beschadigd. Locatie goed. Gordijnen grote slaapkamer vies. Grote badkamer was mooi. Enkele dingen niet afgewassen, vies."

This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having coffee available in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated. The lobby was another highlight, with a large and comfortable seating area where guests could relax. The complimentary coffee drinks created a welcoming atmosphere, and the pizza kiosk served delicious pizza that was perfect for a quick meal. Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everything was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Great location. Easily checked in with their self check in kiosk. Could get very busy in the lobby when flights were cancelled/delayed and there were a lot of passengers checking in. This was one of few places during our trip that had an ice machine which was appreciated. Located close to a bus terminal to make getting around Amsterdam easy with there tap in/tap off credit card system. Shuttle was easy to use and easy to find at the airport but as it went to a possible 3 different Ibis Hotels in the area, it could be very busy especially when having to transport larger bags. Would definitely recommend this to travelers. Can not comment on the bar/breakfast as we did not use this due to it being a bit pricey."
