「Great place don’t make a mistake and pass this place up. Make sure and Visit the Dying Cow for a pint and O’Conners for some fish n chips. 」

「Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice.」

Staff were very welcoming, breakfast was impeccable and the room itself was spacious with a lovely view of the garden and mountain, and with a very comfortable bed. We’d certainly recommend staying at Ghan House.」

「Beautiful old house with large bedroom. Very comfortable bed (one of the best out of 14 hotels) which was much needed due to the jet lag. Wonderful staff and walkable village shops and pubs 」
